The biggest challenge we face in the world today is the disruption and invasion of our time & personal space. Especially after the COVID pandemic has affected us all. Many of us are no-longer “working from home but “living at work”. And those who are not, are burning out just to stay relevant & significant!

It’s a challenge to stop & be fully present & aware of our emotions, our thoughts & how these are affecting our attitudes & behaviours but when we do, it’s an amazing! Suddenly we are able to shift mindsets, re-define & re-imagine our futures & the future of our organisations. We see clearly what really matters!

And the good news is that research says once you pass the 10 day mark, you get into the flow of your new habit.
