Laura has been consulting for 8 years and she has 25 years’ experience in Leadership Development. Laura has a proven track record of equipping individuals in their personal mastery journey. She has over 500 hours of coaching experience with 100’s of clients, who have testified that they have this has transformed their personal and professional choices, one conversation at a time.

Laura has demonstrated her ability to work well with dynamic, high performing teams in SME’s, financial institutions and across multiple industries in SA and London. She coached teams in the financial services sector, value-based health, telecommunications as well as the public sector and various other industries in SA and the UK. She has had a significant impact with teams in their digital transformation, values entrenchment processes and change management. In the past, and as head of organizational development, she made a valuable contribution to their strategic direction of adult social services in the UK, working internally alongside managers to improve overall effectiveness of the organization and oversee the mentorship of upcoming leaders.

Laura draws from various frameworks and methodologies that are data driven and scientifically proven to empower leaders and organisations to accelerate their growth and create sustainable value.
