Laura has been consulting as a professional coach and enneagram practitioner for 8 years and she has 25 years’ experience in Leadership Development which started at Nedbank in 1999. She has a proven track record of enabling individuals to own their personal mastery journey’s, one conversation at a time. She has over 500 hours of coaching experience with 100’s of clients, who have testified that her guidance has been valuable. She has also demonstrated her ability to work well with dynamic, high performing teams in financial institutions, value-based health clients, IT companies, Training Providers, Business Consulting, telecoms and across multiple industries in SA and London where she has supported people in teams through the challenge of mergers, acquisitions and digital transformation equipping them with strategies to cope with change. Executives in these organizations have expressed their gratitude for her contribution towards building strong teams and healthy communities. Laura is an appointed wellness ambassador and serves the community of her local country club. She is passionate about enabling people to explore life-giving ways of living less stressed lives.

In 2019, after more than 15 rewarding years of working in Financial Services in the City of London, I founded DesertSpring Consulting to do the work I love with a diverse range of organisations.
For just over a decade prior to this I led a successful OD, Culture and Talent Development function for M&G Investments, a top international Asset Management firm. Coaching business executives, functional heads, and transformation leaders to lead change and create the cultures that would empower their people to do their best work.
My approach is grounded in Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI), a methodology foundational to the ORSC™ approach to increasing alignment and performance within organisations.
